Frogman

I was drawing one of the Sciencemen (more specifically, the horseman version), and it somehow wound up without a body, and reminded me of a frog, so I changed the eyes and colored it accordingly. It sort of looks like that one Battletoad they keep in the attic and don't tell anybody about. It also sort of resembles the Number Muncher, but with beefy arms, now that I think about it.
