Ok, Mega Man 9 is out this week, and this blog tends to do a lot of video game fanart. As such, I feel it necessary to jump on the "let's all draw Splash Woman" bandwagon. On a side-note, why is she called Splash Woman if she's completely underwater at all times? It makes it a bit difficult to splash.
